The relatively new tradition of the Czech mass spectrometry conferences was established only in 2011, the very first event took place in Hradec Králové. Since then, the conference was organized every year except for 2020, the year of the pandemic.

Thirteenth annual Conference of the Czech Society for Mass Spectrometry will take place together with the eleventh Informal Proteomic Meeting from November 19 – November 21, 2025 in České Budějovice.
