Adrian received his Ph.D. and did post-graduate work in Physics at Warwick University, UK. Beginning in the early 1980s, he has transitioned through many positions in sales and marketing at VG Instruments, Fisons Instruments, and then Thermo Fisher Scientific. After 35 years in the analytical instruments business, he is currently global product marketing director of all three trace elemental technologies: AA, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS.
