Enterprise Program Excellence Leader (PMO)
Excellent opportunity to join a global leader in life sciences and drive enterprise-wide PMO transformation across Manufacturing and R&D. This is a highly strategic role focused on standardizing program delivery, embedding best practices, and leading organizational change across global teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise PMO transformation and drive adoption of standardized project management practices.
- Improve governance, risk management, and project execution across global New Product Development programs.
- Partner with Portfolio Management and support critical programs when required.
- Implement and optimize PMO tools, processes, and KPIs.
Candidate Qualifications
- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in an enterprise environment.
- Background in biotechnology, medical devices, scientific instrumentation, or another regulated life sciences industry.
- Experience leading New Product Development programs and large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Jira and enterprise PMO best practices.
Salary:
- $110-145K base + 10% bonus.
