Your Responsibility:
- Successfully implement and provide technical support for systems such as Checkweigher, X-ray, and Metal Detector.
- Perform detailed installations and rigorous testing of equipment to ensure efficient performance.
- Deliver world-class customer service by solving and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to resolve the best solutions for our clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and provide detailed reports to management.
Your Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electronic engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in setting up, testing, and providing technical assistance for relevant systems.
- Strong technical background with a focus on engineering principles.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Italian – both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel within Italy as required to meet client needs and abroad.
- Full driving license
