New opportunity for an Applications Engineer (Service Specialist) to join the Bruker BioSpin Service and Lifecycle Support Team based in Rehevot, Israel.
Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Installation of NMR, MRI systems and related accessories
- Provide after sales application and training support
- Provide after sales service support including hardware and software problems
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Refilling cryogens
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- A tertiary level qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a related discipline OR to be able to demonstrate a similar level of knowledge and skill gained by practical experience
- Experience with Field Service support is MUST
- Should be able to understand Electronics/Electrical diagrams
- Good command of computer skills and familiarity with Windows and Linux OS
- Should be ready for domestic and international travelling
- Current valid driving licence.
- Languages: Hebrew and English
- Excellent communications skills needed to work with a wide variety of knowledge
- levels with customers of differing backgrounds
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Ability to set priorities in a rapidly changing commercial environment
