Service Solution - Business Development Specialist
Job Description
Business Development Specialist is a vital part of Service Solution Sales Organization that aims to grow and prosper.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be based in the Bay Area and support customers within the territory.
- Collaborate with sales and global teams to sharp customer insights and align strategies.
- Work with SU to develop localized service portfolio for market competitiveness.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win more connections.
- Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and CSO delivery capabilities and differentiation.
- Deep dive data to uncover insights and support Sales team to drive service business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build partnership and explore business opportunities through industry events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other scientific related field, Master's Degree in Marketing or MBA highly preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in chemical analysis, marketing, or sales.
- Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
