Job Description
Scheduling installations, demonstrations, IQ/OQ services and travel to customer sites to provide services by the due date given.
Installation and training customer or company employees in the company’s products.
Perform IQ/OQ services.
Perform Preventive Maintenance Services.
Supporting and troubleshooting customer’s applications and instrumentation.
Develop new applications.
Maintaining customer and install base data as they occur.
Assisting other staff members with chemistry application support and trouble shooting.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and promoting company products.
Passing on leads to the sales team on the day they are identified in the field.
Our Ideal Candidate
Must be have BS degree (or higher) in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry is high priority), understands laboratory instrumentation
Strong knowledge and hand-on experience with various instrumentation Titration, Karl Fischer titration, Ion Chromatography, Spectroscopy and Electrochemistry
Strong laboratory skills and lability to work on multiple tasks and projects
Communication and customer service skills
Able to work in a team or individually
Critical-thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills
Able to travel
Good command of English
Good skill at MS office ( specially with Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is much considered
Basic knowledge/skill in electronic is much considered
