SALES REP, NEW ACCOUNTS
Responsibilities
Follow a strategic plan according to Sales Director to cover business in the defined region and develop market of X-Ray Fluorescence and X-Ray Diffraction, X-Ray Micro Tomography, Single Crystal Spectrometry focused on Industrial market segment for Cement, Mining, Metal, Glass, Pharma, Petro and Academia.
Manage key-accounts.
Build accurate forecasts and deliver results accurate to forecasts.
Understand the specifications, performance, unique selling points and pricing guidelines for all products.
Make compelling presentations to customers.
Prepare sales quotes to customers as requested.
Keep CRM updated and follow-up opportunities since project interest, budget applied, budget approved, money released, purchasing process until closed won.
Availability to travel in Mexico to visit customer base and/or abroad for technical training.
Perform other tasks related to sales not limited to the above , as indicated by supervisor.
Qualifications
Experienced on related Analytical X-Ray Systems.
Language communication skills required: Spanish, English.
Upskill : Microsoft Office, CRM (Sales Force).
A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Physics or Geology or Material Science . Advanced degree preferred.
Capable in selling advanced technology instrumentation.
Good communicator and experience in consultative selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with MS office proficiency.
Good problem solving skills.
Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Able to travel regularly.
