SOFTWARE SUPPORT NMR ENGINEER (F/M/D)

Responsibilities
Operate a targeted global hotline for Bruker service engineers and customers and track cases in CRM systems.
Develop and teach courses for Bruker service engineers within a LMS.
Run and develop a training facility based in Ettlingen in coordination with other stakeholders.
Participate in R&D hardware and software projects (PLM phases and gates).
Report new or recurring problems to relevant stakeholders, participate in CAPA cases as required.
Develop and review manuals and technical sales documents.
Assist in evaluation of new products and software.
Develop, validate and improve service procedures on a regular basis.
Dispatch support tasks received at the 2nd Level Support interface.
Support-focus is on Bruker-Software, Licensing and related framework (e.g. operating systems), but not limited to it.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Diploma in science or engineering. PhD is an asset.
Minimum three years’ work experience with NMR analytical instruments.
Profound knowledge of modern Windows and Linux operating systems. Work experience with IT administration is an asset.
Experience with lab management.
MS Office (expert).
Service oriented mindset and deliverables.
Intercultural competence.
Analytical thinking in depth and breadth.
Very good communication skills.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Able to work under pressure, with perseverance and integrity.
English and German (Level B2).
Experience with programming projects is an asset.
