SERVICE MANAGER

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be:
Responsible for field on-site support
Responsible for enquries from Service Desk
Responsible for improvement of customer satisfaction
Responsible for Achievement of SLS revenue BP
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
Bachelor degree or Masters in Chemistry or Physics or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
3 - 5 experience of maintenance on analytical instruments
Prior experience and knowledge in NMR advantageous
English ability to read the manual
