Michelle Nolasco leads innovation initiatives and collaborations for bioproduction at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Michelle specializes in downstream processes and has experience in automation and advanced analytics. Prior to her current role, Michelle was part of the downstream process development team at Patheon Biologics, supporting development and clinical manufacturing for monoclonal antibodies and recombinant enzymes. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of South Florida.
