Bruker: Explore automated workflows with the Fourier 80 benchtop NMR spectrometer

Webinar Overview

The hardware: This webinar will provide an overview of Bruker’s Fourier 80 compact and cryogen-free benchtop NMR spectrometer highlighting its features, capabilities, and available accessories.

The solution software: You will learn about Bruker’s Advanced Chemical Profiling solution, which offers a truly automated, end-to-end workflow from sample to report. The solution processes and interprets NMR data, and files conclusive reports. It is easily applicable to substances in pure form or mixtures allowing identification and quantification of constituents in incoming goods, process intermediates, and final product formulations.

A match made in heaven: In a live-demo, you will experience the symbiosis of the low-maintenance and easy-to-use Fourier 80 benchtop NMR spectrometer with the fully automated Advanced Chemical Profiling solution. This combination will help you to deploy sophisticated NMR analysis through push-button solutions in any step along the value chain

Key Takeaways

  • User-friendly operation: The Fourier 80 Benchtop NMR spectrometer requires little maintenance and is operated with a user-friendly graphical user interface
  • Automated workflows: Advanced Chemical Profiling provides fully automated workflows from sample to report
  • High-throughput testing: Advanced Chemical Profiling enables you to deploy sophisticated NMR analyses and high-throughput testing, operator-independent even in non-expert environments
  • Distributed Lab Topology: Bruker’s NMR systems enable you to achieve a Distributed Lab Topology in which expertise, methods, and data can be easily shared globally and between different stages in the value chain.

Who Should Attend

This webinar is perfect for industry professionals looking to enhance their analytical capabilities with advanced NMR technology. Specifically, it will benefit: Laboratory Managers, NMR facility managers, Senior & Principal Scientists, R&D Managers, QA/QC Managers, New Product Developers, Lead Quality Engineers, Technology Scouts, Manufacturing Managers, Process Managers, Analytical Chemists, Chemical Engineers

Presenter: Dr. Agnes Haber

Agnes Haber holds a doctoral degree in physics from RWTH Aachen University. She has over 15 years’ experience in benchtop NMR, which she acquired in academic and industrial environments all over the world. Currently at Bruker, Agnes is the product manager for the Fourier 80 benchtop NMR spectrometer, being responsible for product portfolio management, including accessories and automation, and supporting the commercialization of end-to-end solution into various markets.

Presenter: Dr. Benjamin Görling

Benjamin Görling holds a doctoral degree in chemistry from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He joined Bruker in 2016 as an application scientist focusing on small molecules and automation and moved to the Fourier 80 benchtop NMR with its introduction in 2019.

Presenter: Dr. Markus Hecht

Markus Hecht holds a doctoral degree in chemistry from the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg. He later joined BASF and Sun Chemical to lead research laboratories in the development of new products and manufacturing processes in the field of organic pigments. At Bruker, Markus is responsible for providing value-adding solutions to customers in the chemical industry and in commercial & governmental testing laboratories.
