This online seminar will show how NMR Juice-Profiling is used on a daily basis by SGF International e.V. for industrial self-control of fruit and vegetable juices.

Questions regarding the authenticity assessment of fruit and vegetable juices, to which NMR Juice-Profiling can provide initial answers, will be explained.

The online seminar will also provide a brief introduction to how the results of NMR Juice-Profiling in combination with other analytical methods allow for a comprehensive professional evaluation.

The Juice-Profiling methodology, a robust tool, not only expedites the evaluation of authenticity in fruit juices but also extends its reach to encompass vegetable juices. By harmonizing quantitative scrutiny of constituent elements and intricate statistical analyses of profiles, including provenance, this method offers a comprehensive and efficient means of discerning the authenticity of both fruit and vegetable juices.
