QC Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document analytical testing on finished products, materials, and stability samples in accordance with GxP standards.
- Manage, store, and track samples to ensure traceability and accuracy.
- Conduct, interpret, and report microbiological monitoring within cleanrooms at the Baarle-Nassau site.
- Report technical complaints, deviations, or special situations within 24 hours of receipt.
- Maintain an orderly, safe, and compliant QC laboratory environment.
- Apply and follow safety, radiation, and laboratory regulations to prevent risks.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement through proactive identification and solution-oriented actions.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or a comparable life-science field.
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of good laboratory practices and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail in documentation and laboratory processes.
- Openness to working with new technologies and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Clear, open, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- work in weekend shifts
Desirable Requirements
- Dutch language skills in addition to fluent English.
- Ability to act quickly and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency.
