Senior Software Engineer QA

What you’ll do
- Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth.
- Be a part of a world class global organization.
- Design and develop comprehensive automation test scripts and frameworks for our constantly updating A/B testing and personalization workflows.
- Collaborate with centralized testing team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Mentor QA engineers to deliver better QA coverage and results.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation dev.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Experience writing exceptional test cases in JIRA, Cucumber etc.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with setting up test automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, React, Java
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative perspective.
- Experience in Using generative AI for test case generation and execution
