Analyst A3
An opportunity has arisen for an Analyst - Grade 3'within the Inorganics department at ALS Environmental in Coventry, West Midlands.
As an Analyst Grade 3 you will be completing, to the required timescales and quality standards, the analysis of samples for a range of methods.

Hours Per Week: 37
Days Per Week: Sunday to Thursday (14:00 - 22:00).
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Salary: £25,242 per annum

The day to day
- Understand customer requirements.
- Ensure samples are completed efficiently and effectively following all process, procedures, and legislation.
- Deliver on key performance indicators.
- Report analytical data.
- Troubleshoot and rectify equipment issues, including daily preventative maintenance.
- Investigate and report on NCW on the QMS and assign priority.
- Assist team members to achieve work objectives, including training colleagues to the required standards.
- Proactively ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures
The Essentials
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C (equivalent to new Grade 4) or above to include Science, Maths and English
- A level or equivalent in scientific subject
- Previous laboratory experience is beneficial.
- Customer focussed.

- Ability to deliver instructional training.

- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
