ANALYST - GRADE 1 - QQQ - HAWARDEN
ALS Laboratories are looking for a Laboratory Analyst Grade 1 to support their QQQ department at ALS Hawarden. Laboratory Analysts require a good mix of skills.
The person will complete, to the required timescales and quality standards, the analysis of samples for a range of methods.
- Hours Per Week: 37
- Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 16:30)
- Contract: Full Time and Fixed Term (9 Months)
- Salary: £22,549 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements.
Ensure samples are completed efficiently and effectively following all process, procedures, and legislation.
Deliver on key performance indicators, assisting team members to achieve work objectives.
Report analytical data for a range of land samples.
Proactively ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Work with other team members to ensure efficient flow of samples.
About you:
Qualifications required are 5 GCSEs at Grade C (equivalent to new Grade 4) or above to include Science, Maths and English and preferably an A level or equivalent in scientific subject.
Client-focused service delivery.

Computer literate.

Ability to plan and organise own work area.
