5th North American Workshop on Laser Ablation (NAWLA)

Please join us at the 5th North American Workshop on Laser Ablation in Knoxville. We are looking forward to a great week of talks and exhibitions.
NAWLA has evolved into a premier laser ablation scientific event in North America. It highlights the state of the art through three days of targeted presentations from leading scientists in the field and a supplier exhibition featuring the newest developments in instrumentation.
This year Oak Ridge National Laboratory has generously agreed to hold a separate ORNL facilities tour and workshop on June 2nd. Space is limited and site access approval takes time so please sign up early.

Workshop registration is outlined below and includes:
- Full participation in the workshop’s three day technical program, including poster session
- Access to the supplier exhibition
- Lunch and refreshments to be provided each day of the proceedings
- Invitation to attend both workshop dinners

- Workshop registration: 499$ (399$ before April 30, 2025)
- Student registration: 249$

Workshop Logistics
- Workshop and exhibition hours are 8am until 5pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day.
- Poster session and refreshments will be held on June 3 immediately after the workshop sessions end.
- There are two scheduled workshop sponsored dinners on Wednesday June 4th and Thursday June 5th.

- Exhibitor setup is from 10am until 6pm on Monday June 2. Breakdown starts at 8am on Friday June 6th. Exhibitors must be packed by 5pm on June 6th.
