Anton Paar is offering the Multiwave 5000 microwave digestion system equipped with the 20SVT50 rotor, designed for efficient digestion and extraction of a wide range of samples. The system provides easy operation, short digestion times, and top-level safety at temperatures up to 300 °C and pressures up to 80 bar (1160 psi).

The 20SVT50 rotor enables simultaneous processing of up to 20 samples in 50 mL vessels. Its lightweight and compact design ensures easy handling and high operational reliability. SmartVent technology provides automatic, controlled pressure release, expanding the range of applications to highly reactive samples.

The SmartTemp system measures the temperature in each vessel individually, without the need for external sensors. This ensures uniform heating, precise control of process conditions, and maximum safety throughout digestion. Optimized heating and cooling deliver the shortest possible process times.

The 20SVT50 rotor is ideal for digestion and extraction of demanding samples such as polymers, petroleum products, coal and graphite, minerals, alloys, and pharmaceutical or chemical materials.
