Anton Paar Alcolyzer ME (Demo)

Anton Paar is offering the Alcolyzer ME instrument for precise alcohol content measurement in beverages. The device enables measurements in the range of 0–65% v/v with high repeatability of ±0.01% v/v. Optional color measurement is available within the 0–120 EBC range.

The measurement temperature is controlled by a built-in Peltier thermostat with an accuracy of ±0.01 °C. A measurement takes approximately 60 seconds and requires only 5 mL of sample. The maximum operating pressure is 8 bar.

Power is supplied through the main unit (an Anton Paar DMA density meter), and communication is enabled via two CAN interfaces.
